These terms provide general conditions for use of Opp Works websites, software, trials, licensing, and support resources.

By accessing an Opp Works website or using Opp Works software, you agree to applicable terms, notices, license conditions, and policies presented with the service or product. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or software.
Opp Works PC Insight is a diagnostic review application. Its normal diagnostic scan is scan-only and is not represented as a repair, cleanup, optimization, real-time protection, or threat-removal service. An optional Microsoft Defender Quick Scan may be requested only after user approval and is performed through Windows.
Opp Works may offer time-limited, usage-limited, or other evaluation access. Trial eligibility may be associated with a device and may not reset after uninstalling or reinstalling software. Paid use may require a valid Opp Works license or entitlement and may be subject to device limits, expiration, suspension, or revocation under applicable terms.
Software distributed through Microsoft Store may receive updates through Microsoft Store. Opp Works may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace software features and services over time, subject to applicable law and customer agreements.
You may not attempt to circumvent licensing or trial controls, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer software except where permitted by law, misuse support systems, or use Opp Works services unlawfully.
Opp Works software or websites may interact with third-party services, including Microsoft services and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Opp Works software and services are provided without guarantees that every system issue will be identified or that a diagnostic result will be complete for every configuration. Users remain responsible for decisions made based on diagnostic information.
